The Silver River Chapter was started in May 2000 when Nancy Ihasz, a charter member of the Bay Area chapter in Tampa, moved to Ocala. A new chapter was born.
The Silver River chapter holds monthly meetings, monthly rides, attends local and national motorcycle events and also supports many charities. Many of the girls also ride during the week or whenever they can get together.
Our membership is open to women who operate any make and model of motorcycle. We of course ask that members hold a lawful motorcycle driving endorsement or permit. Our membership dues are $25.00 and you will receive our newsletter “Shootin the Breeze”, a small logo patch, and a membership card that may entitle you to discounts.
