Her art career began in 1991 when she chose to put her passion to paper.  Moe Hahn’s wildlife art and equine masterpieces grace the walls of many prominent business professionals here, in Ocala Florida, commonly known as the “Horse Capital of the World”.

Whether it be the grace of horses in motion, or a beloved pet just looking for carrots, personalities emerge in all of her images.

Her work has been on the cover of Saratoga Polo in 2001, the cover of Florida Thouroughbred Directory for 2008, as well as the program cover for Dressage on the First Coast 2009.

She was selected to exhibit several works in Ambassador Gallery on Worth Ave. in Palm Beach, as part of a wildlife show featuring Tippie Hedrin as guest photographer.

Every year Moe Hahn also exhibits her paintings at the prestigious Live Oak International Combined Driving Event.  It is held at Charlotte Weber’s Live Oak Plantation in Ocala and well attended by people from all over the world.  This is a great spectator sport that you don’t want to miss.

Chester Weber stopped by Moe Hahn’s booth and signed a painting that she was working on. It just so happened that this painting was of Chester’s own horses.

Her booth is always a must see during the event.

Moe Hahn’s art can be seen at both OBS feed stores here in Ocala.  If you would like to have  a commissioned painting of your horse contact Moe Hahn directly at 352-694-1592.
